We support mainstream 3D files including STL, STEP, X-T, IGES, CATIA, UG/NX and Pro/E. For 2D drawings, CAD and PDF formats are acceptable. Please ensure all drawings come with complete dimension markings and technical specifications.
We will send you a formal pricing proposal within one business day after receiving your detailed design files and requirements. If extra technical verification causes any delay, we will keep you updated in advance.
Yes, we fully support customer-supplied materials. Our quality inspection team will also conduct thorough incoming material checks before processing starts.

With complete and confirmed design files: CNC machining, sheet metal parts and 3D printing prototypes can be finished in as fast as 1 day. For injection molding products, the earliest mold trial can be completed within 3 days. For die-casting parts, the fastest mold testing period is around 1 week. Products with complex structures, high precision or strict appearance requirements will need a reasonable longer production cycle. Send us your drawings to get an accurate delivery schedule.
We offer global shipping by sea and air freight: Sea freight takes roughly 3 weeks to reach major European and North American ports from China. Air freight via FedEx, DHL, UPS, TNT can arrive within several days, with a relatively higher shipping cost. Final freight fees are determined by the actual size, weight and packaging of the goods.
